Name:K-san
Bio
The name's Krim. I'm bad at this...profile thing, and I'd really rather just talk to people if they want to get to know me. There are some things that I keep to myself and tell after a person formulates an opinion of me. I'll tell you this: I am a bisexual, liberal female. I like reading yaoi/yuri AND het stories, whether fan or original fiction, fluff or lemon. I am very open to other's opinions, and am currently looking into Buddhism. This also means I do not worship God or Jesus. Please, do not IM or PM me telling me to change, and that my soul is damned to hell. I get that from my friend's family, and it hasn't worked for them. I have my opinions, and I stick with them until a good reason is given for me to change. People telling me "because I say so," "because that's just sick," or "because the bible says so" do not fly with me. If something is truly disgusting, I probably won't like it anyway. Yes, I like spiders, the dark, and boy!sex. No, I don't like pedophiliacs, shota/lolita, or rape - though I will ON OCCASION read a fan fiction with rape. And even then, only if I'm bored, and if I review, it's probably not the most positive feedback. I am a writer, I can't draw for shit, and I'm partially non-confrontational. I will not search for a fight, but if someone wants to argue, I'll argue simply because it's something to do and I enjoy a good debate. If I lose, I lose, and I'll admit it. Hell, I'll even apologize as early as two hours later. If I win, I'll do my best not to rub it in. I do write yaoi, yuri, AND het; in fact, my most favorite pairing in the world is from my original work Carus Draco, and they are het. (It's not up on FictionPress yet, but when I finally pin down exactly what happened in the beginning, it should be.) I like angst in certain amounts, adore fluff, and will kill for a decently written lemon. I write lemons on occasion myself, and my favorite sort of thing to write is hurt/comfort, with happy endings. Or at least, content ones. I believe "God" is a crutch; a security blanket. Every human has it within them to make their lives good. Each person has a sense of right and wrong, and the ability to teach others the difference, as well. It is up to people to create good life on our own. Guidelines are nice, but they can come from anywhere and anyone, and personally, God sounds sort of like a stalker, watching people's every moves. Also, I refuse to worship a condemning deity, whether I believe or not (which, fortunately for me, I don't.) A god who throws good people in Hell is not a good or kind one; from what I know, everyone goes to heaven unless they are gay/bi, don't know who Christ is, or choose another path for themselves that feels more right than Christ. I prefer the Buddhist way; all are to be treated with equality and respect, with concepts like karma and nirvana. Buddha condemns those who drink/smoke excessively, those who lack respect for others and do unto them that which would upset them personally, speak of others wrongly or with the intent of injuring them somehow, steal, or conduct themselves innappropriately sexually. No, sexual misconduct does NOT mean homosexual acts. (Trust me, I've looked this up.) Rather, it is the act of having intercourse with minors, animals, the partners of others, and prostitutes, along with casual sex and sexual assault. Sex is meant not merely for pleasure, but as a bond of emotion and mutual respect. (However, pre-marital sex is not looked down upon, as long as the mutual respect and fidelity is present.)

(Wow...that was a long Buddhist rant, eh? Don't even get me started on nirvana and meditating...Either way, I'm still learning, but that's some of what I know.)

So please, approach me with an open mind, just as I will do for you. Be prepared for many levels of...everything, in writing and in my life. This is not my personal journal, actually, but it will be housing my writing works and is used mostly for commenting on icon posts - for those that require that when things are taken - and writing communities such as [info]30_kisses and [info]30_lemons.
